This is a 3 hour practical workshop that will allow you to explore ways to launch an enterprise and ensure that it is both successful and sustainable.

Understanding and delivering value- How to differentiate yourself and beat the competition
Understanding and explaining your business model

- Understanding and managing finances
The workshop will require you to complete a number of worksheets that will allow you to use them immediately within your enterprise or towards creating a business plan.
The workshop will be facilitated by Uday Thakkar. Uday is the founder of the social enterprise support organisation Red Ochre. Uday has supported enterprise start up and growth for over 30 years. He has himself started here commercial enterprise, two social enterprises and a charity. He has created numerous toolkits for business, writes and speaks extensively on enterprise and in the ethical, green and social business arena. More than a 1,000 people a year attend workshops, seminars and conferences that Uday speaks at.
