TTB organises the space and puts on some activities… the rest is up to you.
THIS MONTH the Brixton Energy Group will formally constitute at a meeting from 7-9pm see here for more details and agenda.
Aim: to get more community owned renewable generation on Brixton’s roofs!
Everyone and anyone is welcome, to share food, skills, information, inspiration, conversation, stuff, films…and connect with
Transition Town Brixton, Brixton Pound, Green Community Champions,
Remade in Brixton, the Brixton Low Carbon Zone… It’s a great social event too.

This month there will be:
- delicious local food prepared TTB members of the Food and Growing Group. (bring a contribution if you feel moved)
- skill share tasters: eg mending and sewing (learn to use a sewing machine),
- Green Community Champions meet and greet.
- Draught busting – how to make your home warmer, cheaper and more energy efficient for almost no money with Brixton Community Draught-busters.
- book up for a home visit - email ttbreskilling@gmail.com now!
- arrange Draught Proofing workshops in your neighbourhood.
- Electricity Monitor Loan Scheme demo. (borrow a meter)
