A series of 6 meetings between now and 25 June will introduce this new system to growers and makers. If you are a local grower, maker or artist you will be able to have a virtual stall and sell locally on the  ’Makerhood’ site or advertise workshops and courses.
I am very excited about this development of a local online marketplace as I am sure there is a good market for locally made goods. This system will link up producers with those locally-minded customers. I think this will also work if you only produce things from time to time, or seasonally, such as when you have a glut of tomatoes.
If you’re interested, do try to make one of the meetings listed below.
Also, if anyone goes and would like to write a short article for us for the website, do get in contact (firstname.lastname@example.org). Just a couple of paragraphs would be great. Thanks.
