Grassroots Grants
More good news on the funding front. Transition Brixton has secured £5,000 from Grassroots Grants to pay operating expenses over the next two year period. Still we are very much in need of more funding to support growth and build capacity. The £2,500 2009 operating budget is less than 1/4 of what we had in 2008 and we have far more going on now. We need to find new revenue streams, funding, and sponsorship.
